Bike Camp Chicago was founded as a labor of love born out of several hours spent researching, mapping, and visiting campsites in the Chicago region. Many of the currently available resources are still limited by car access. Bike Camp Chicago seeks to provide helpful information about the many camping options accessible via bike alone or bike and public transportation."

Where The Wild Things Grow

Want to create lasting impacts into the region by creating real roots and connections to the land? We've teamed up with Habitat 2030 to help restore, maintain, and conserve the natural heritage of Illinois and the Lower Lake Michigan Basin Area by bike. To bring the cyclist and nature communities together throughout the region in order to support, promote and enhance biodiversity in meaningful ways by bike. Learn about how we and you can give back.
