What Is a Bike Overnight?

What's great about a bike camping in Chicago and the Lower Lake Michigan Basin Area is that anyone can do it, from people new to biking to the seasoned professional. Trips can range from long to short. You can camp, cabin or hotel and the pace is not a race. ​You can even do a portion of your trip on the train or have the train as an optional back up plan. You are also not limited to the type of gear you have. The trip distance, type of bike and the places you want to visit, are all really up to you.

This should be common sense but some people skip this crucial meal because they running late or Don't think they have the time. But I'll tell you this, you will spend more time out on the trail wishing you had eaten than the time it would have taken to grab a quick full rounded Fuel up. Our suggestion Carbs and a lot of them.
#2. Don't wait until your hungry-
Always eat before you are hungry. This will make the trip more pleasurable....
