Join the Out Our Front Door organization with 85+ non-profits at the Chicago Volunteer Expo. There are so many ways to give back to your community in 2017. Save the date to find the one that’s right for you at the Chicago Volunteer Expo! Located at the renowned ​Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum! Right near the Lake Front Path.  Learn more down below.

​Visit over 85 nonprofit organizations from all over the city to learn how you can lend a hand. You can also get started right away with our speed volunteering opportunities. Whether your passion is the environment, the arts, or social justice, there’s a volunteer opportunity waiting for you. -Admission is free.

​We currently are looking for student film makers, photographers, and field writers that can capture the dynamic landscape and history of the Lower Lake Michigan Basin Area. Other opportunities include outreach assistance, development of our youth programs, event organizing such as fundraiser parties and much more! Looking to volunteer just once? Join us for a trail restoration day. Come help us get people outside and loving the natural beauty of their local area! See how you can  Get Involved!
