The Out Our Front Door Organization

The Out Our Front Door Organization is currently looking for volunteers and ambassadors for the 2018 season who would like to make a greater impact in the environment through the power of a bicycle. Our mission is simple: To immerse, educate, and preserve the history, culture, and native habitats of the Lower Lake Michigan Basin Area through exploratory adventures. Our vision is to create the next generation of trail, cycling, and nature stewards and our aim is to make Chicago the exemplary national model for urban environmental  adventures .

We'll are also pleased to debut a new piece of OOFD artwork, designed by a locally-renowned artist this year at the Expo too!

We are woodsmen, cycling enthusiasts, environmentalists, historians, travelers, community organizers, naturalists, campers, volunteers, and professionals.
