OOFD's New and Improved Transfer Process

From 2016-2022, our transfer and refund policy has always been nonexistent. We have been completely or nearly 100% volunteer organization and simply didn't have the capacity to handle the administration of processing transfers and refunds. We did our best to make work with folks when special circumstances arose.
These types of administrative tasks can quickly take a fair bit of the fun out of being a part of an org that is all about being on bikes and out in nature, especially if you are a volunteer. That said, as we have done some very minor scaling up in 2023, we have found a system to make transferring tickets possible for our riders, and it includes little admin part on our end! Sorry, but still, no refunds are offered.

Of course, we hope you are able to come ride with us on the ride you signed up for. That said, if something comes up, you can transfer your ticket at least 3 days or more in advance of your ride. And you can transfer that ticket either to a friend or to a different OOFD event. Important note, soliciting your ticket for sale online is not considered "transferring your ticket to a friend". Also, you can only transfer your ticket to another OOFD event that is happening in the same year.

To transfer your ticket, you can follow the instructions here. If you run into any issues, fill out the Contact Us form on our website and we'll do our best to get back to you within3-5 business days.
